Prices today will run around $620 per square foot for the few units that are left.Right down the street across from the Haulover Park is Bal Harbour prices per square foot will be several hundred dollars higher. The direct oceanfront units are just under 3000 square feet and offer that fabulous “Wow Factor”. Other units available offer great ocean and intracoastal views. The high floors with intracoastal views are truly spectacular. These most desirable units are selling fast and inventory is dwindling.
