As I was searching for a South Beach Rental for a client I came across this house in Star Island that is for rent. You read correctly….. $325,000 a month for a 19,000 sq.ft. home!  After further research I found that Forbes Magazine wrote about it in January of this year. In January, the rent was $300,000 a month.  It has increased $25,000 monthly. The villa comes with six bedrooms, five baths, a full gymnasium, movie theater, regulation beach volleyball court, heated pool and a dock sizable enough to host a 100-foot yacht.
