There are 16 units in this building on the market as of today (September 2, 2007)  and there have been 5 closed sales in 2007 . The majority of the units on the market are under $2 million.  The most expensive closed sales was for a unit on the 24th floor with 2823 sq.ft. under air with direct ocean views. That unit sold for $1,373,000 in June 2007.
The least expensive unit on the market today(September 2, 2007 )  is $775,000 for 1836 sq.ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bath. This unit has a southwest corner view on the 18th floor. It has been on the market for some time.
The other end of the spectrum is the most expensive unit currently available. It is on the top floor and has over 4600 sq.ft. under air. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 4 1/2 half baths and is being offered $5.9 Million.
