Miami is a location that is desired by people from all over the world. The weather alone is exceptional especially this time of year when the north has appreciated over 10 inches of snow in many places. Buyers want an oceanfront condo in Miami for the sun, the beach, the culture. The Buys today are in the new pre construction projects in the up in coming areas as well as in some of the older buildings that have gone through the major renovations. Of course with an older building the designs usually did not include floor to ceiling windows and there are some other physical properties that can not be altered. However, I have seen some amazing interior renovations in older buildings with incredible ocean views that are just breath taking. Pre construction opportunities are changing the face of this exciting city. The new buildings are offering new levels of amenities in new up and coming communities. Changes that will someday become the new standard but for those that buy in early do have an advantage.
