Broward County’s Port Everglades department will host a public meeting at 7 p.m. tonight to present the final draft of the 2006 Port Everglades Master Plan. Diveheart and Active Divers Association are hosting training for scuba divers interested in becoming instructors or buddies for disabled divers. Training is from Monday-Sept. 15 at Coral Gables Youth Center and Tamiami Park Pool. Fee is $375 for the instructor course; $200 for the dive buddy course.
