In Canyon Ranch South Tower on the 16th floor, S1602 there is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1465 square foot direct oceanfront condo for sale. The views are spectacular offering both ocean and intracoastal and downtown Miami views.  The owner paid $1,250,000.
